- Discover: In the Leakage Block® Exploration Workshop, you'll look into the value of the materials used throughout production. You'll learn about 8 resilient business models that balance profit and environmental care, helping you find future opportunities!
- Convey: After the workshop, we run your data through Standard-based formulas and AI analysis to output 5 key indicators. These circularity indicators show how well your business is using the value of its materials and will guide you on making strategic changes.
- Support: A certified C-BAT™ facilitator will provide a 30-minute online consultation - going over the report, listening to your goals, and helping you develop practical strategies.
- Activate: Through the first 3 stages, we use various technologies and methods to create suggestions to match your business needs. This way, you can be confident that your project will deliver the most value using the least resources. (Note: This follow-up is not included in C-BAT).
